Don’t go to sleep with wet hair! VLOG

Hey everyone! Many of you have heard about going to sleep with wet hair.

It can be really brutal to color treated hair and bleached ends.  Remember thet your hair is fragile, and you should treat it like your finest dress!

Do you agree that you shouldn’t go to sleep with wet hair? I know sometimes it hard, but I would love to know your thoughts!

    I have type 3C/4A hair and sometimes when I do a twist out at night my hair won’t be totally dry by the time I go to bed. I just put on a satin bonnet before I sleep. My hair is dry by morning & it hasn’t become damaged from it. I also have pretty strong/resilient hair. I agree that girls with fine hair probably shouldn’t be sleeping with wet hair! :O)

    exactly!!!!! my 15 year old daughter does this and her hair if FRIED on the ends!!! i think ill make her watch this!!!
