Great questions! Most people don’t know this but dry hair can unruly hair can be caused by hard water or water that has been treated by the city.
Mineral deposits can affect your hair in your city’s tap water system. Try using an ordinary hard water filter for your shower head. That may change the state of your hair completely! Its worth a shot!
