Remember to protect your hair when you’re using heat!
I always recommend flat ironing clean, dry hair for the best results.
Flat ironing dirty hair can cause you’re hair to break off and can damages the plates of your iron.
I know many of may flat iron your hair in-between washes and for touchups, which are fine, but most of you curly hair girls know that nothing lasts long than
a great flat iron right out of the shower.
Here are a couple quick tips for a longer lasting style!
1. Take small ultra thin sections when ironing. Taking smaller sections will take you twice the time, but it will last much longer and stay straight in humid conditions.
2. Give your ends a little curl under when ironing to reduce the appearance of split ends
3. If you use a round brush to stretch out your hair before flat ironing, you can apply less heat and only pass through each section once!
