Today I’m going to rest!!

How do you relax? do you work out? go to the gym? sleep? spend time with family? Its important to stay balanced! I can’t to hear how you stay focused! !

    To me it seems you are up all time… Maybe because of the time difference?

    I like rubbing my dogs’ ears to relax…..

    Relaxation for me involves a glass of wine and a good movie or sleeping.

    I took a relaxation class once and one exercise that really helps me unwind is this:
    Sit cross legged, start to slowly move your torso around in circles, as you move foreword exhale as you move back inhale. Close your eyes after you become comfortable with the movement. This really helps with anxiety!
